On the following pages, you will find photographs of the proposed entertainment complexes that could serve as replacements for the Meadowlands Sports Complex. Each proposal includes the name of the proposed complex, a photograph of the current plans, and a brief description highlighting the proposal's key elements. Review each of the proposals individually and be prepared to vote on which one you feel would be the best choice for the people of the metropolitan New York/New Jersey area.

Olympic Moutain

Our idea is the best because, as you know, amusement parks these days make tons of money. Olypmic Mountain would be both fun and educational for both kids and adults, so our amusement park would guarantee tons of money.

Jupiter Park

Our park looks the same as the others, but it has a hotel and some buildings that help you know Rome better. We also hae different events. Tourists can go to the playground which is a place for activities and simulated gladiator fights. It is totally safe because we don't allow people to use real swords. People can also do some chariot racing in the circus, but you must have a license to ride a horse. If you are just learning, you can practice in the playground and learn things. These are the highlights for our proposal and we hope you vote for us!

Roman Fun

Roman Fun is an exciting and educational experience. We have a lot of things at our complex including a bath house (spa)and a circus to watch chariot races and bet on the horse you think will win. After that, you can visit our amphitheater where you can eat and watch gladiator fighting. We also have two hotels available for you to stay at. Last, but not least, we have a museum where you can explore the Twelve Tables, ancient Roman games, and other forms of entertainment.

Aurelian's Fortress

Our plan for the Meadowlands, Aurelian's Fortress, will surely be a success. We have built not only a colliseum (Caesar's Dome)and a hippodrome (Circus Maximus), but also a casino, a theater, a forum, a bath house, and a night club. We will provide live entertainment such as gladiator fights, chariot races, and Roman-style plays. Not only that, but the visitors may go to the bath house, a spa-like haven, or to the casino where they can bet on the famous sports of the past. All buildings will incorporate the architecture of ancient Rome as well as some modern enhancements.

Ancient Wonders of Rome

Ancient Wonders of Rome is the new exploration into the lost culture of Rome. It will host luxurious bath houses, a gigantic amphitheater with a glass dome, ancient theaters, cinemas, a circus, and all the other events. Our complex will change America.

Romulus Center

Welcome all! Our plan for the Meadowlands is called Romulus Center. It is an amazing place. We feature plenty of entertainment from ancient Rome. What is an amazing fact is that Ancient Rome today is a tourist attraction. What we mean by this is that there have been movies such as Spartacus and Gladiator bring people to the box office. The base of this is gladiator fighting which people today like to watch, so having it in real life will bring plenty of people. With the state budget at the way it is, this will bring in a lot of revenue. Therefore, this will boost the state's economy.

Not just the gladiator fighting, but people will also see the other aspects of what we have. This becomes huge to the tourism industry in our state. People will come from other states and stay at our hotels while they are here. This becomes a win-win situation. Obviously you are wondering why you should vote for our complex instead of the others. As you can see, we have everything and more than all the other places. Last, but not least, we will be willing to give a larger portion of our revenue to the State than others. We guarantee we will beat them by 3%. As you can see, Romulus Center is the right choice. Remember our goal: Ancient Rome in Modern New Jersey.

Romanian Titanium

Our complex's name is Romanian Titanium. We researched Roman gods, goddesses, and gerneral information about Rome. Our highlights are our Roman circus and gladiator amphitheater.

Ludus Maximus

Ludus Maximus features a newly designed stadium/amphitheater that allows both chariot races and gladiator fights to be held in one building simultaneously. Also, we included several elevators for the spectators to use when going up to the Amphitheater. This is definitely the most realistic re-creation of Rome anywhere in the world.

The Julius Caesar Complex

With two amphitheaters, one theater, on circus, two hotels, one bath house, and five restaurants, the Julius Caesar Complex is fun for the whole family! Relax in the bath house, see a chariot race, dine in an Italian restaurant, or see a recent or ancient movie. There is so much to do, you'll have to stay overnight. Come and have a ball!

The Constantine

We believe our complex, the Constantine, is a great plan for a new Roman complex in the Meadowlands. Our amphitheater can seat over 20,000 people and our theater seats about 10,500. We have just about any form of entertainment from ancient Rome you can think of including sports, board games, chariot races, and a wonderful bath house. We think our bath house is our best feature because it has two frigidariums, two tepidariums, and three caldariums, and it leads to the back entrance of our gigantic amphitheater. Come to the Constantine - You won't regret it!

Angelinas

Our favorite part about our project was Gabby's restaurant, Angelinas. It is very creative in the sense that it still could be made in real life. It was pretty and very open-spaced. She used her imagination widely to create a modern, yet old-fashioned, restaurant.

The Minerva Arena

The Minerva Arena is the best because we are recreating battles and all the ancient Roman forms of entertainment. We will have board games, theaters, an amphitheater, chariot races, and even a bath house. We will also include a restaurant with ancient Roman food. We are going to make all our buildings and activities just like it was back in ancient Rome.

Ancient Rome

Our park, Ancient Rome, is the best because our buildings look just like the buildings in ancient Rome. This is because we used ancient Roman blue prints to design our buildings. Also, we used the same chariots as the ancient Romans did.
